How Credits work
A task unit, not an hourly timesheet.
Ambiguous, high-risk, out-of-menu or insufficient-balance work pauses for clarification, explicit approval or a separate quote.
- Submitting one ready listed task authorises its published Credit price.
- You receive the job ID, fixed cost and projected balance when work starts.
- Delivery includes the result, listed QA and remaining balance.
- If Lance Studio cannot complete the accepted scope, the applicable Credits are restored.
- Regular Credits roll into the next cycle only, capped at 50% of the plan allowance.
- Promotional first-month Credits expire at the end of the first billing cycle.
