About Lance Studio

Built close to the work.

I operate a real retail business, ship software for Shopify, and handle the practical store work that sits between the two.

View the public record

The short version

Operator first. Studio second.

Lance Studio did not begin with a slide deck. It came out of running PIKAPET and repeatedly meeting the same unglamorous problems: launches that had to go live, store details that could not be wrong, and tools that still had to work on an ordinary trading day.

Some of that work became software. Some stayed inside the business. The public portfolio is intentionally small; the useful part is the judgement behind it.

“If it cannot survive Tuesday, it is not finished.”

Selected evidence

Kept quiet

Store operations, storefront components and internal tools. Shown selectively, when the work is relevant.

By context only

The operating standard

Quiet, useful, accountable.

Good commerce work is rarely theatrical. It removes friction, respects the boundary and holds up after handover.

01

Useful before impressive.

The store has to work before the case study gets polished.

02

Evidence before claims.

Real links, real operations and clear limits beat vague authority.

03

Small enough to stay close.

You speak with the person doing the work, not an account layer.
